Top 5 Things You Should Know About Ashley

1. I graduated from Cal U (California University of Pennsylvania... CAL WHO? CAL U!!) with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and a Masters for Reading Specialist. I'm currently working as a reading specialist. I've had the same position for 6 years now. Most of "my kids" (<--- you know you say that!) are kindergarten to sixth grade, but I do go up to eighth grade. Even though I am the reading specialist, I also work with students in math as well. It's exhausting, but I love it.

2. I'm a big animal lover. I currently have a Bichon Frise, named Tike, and 2 cats named Earl Gray and Rico Suave.

3. I am engaged to my best friend of the past 16 years. (We love to go to concerts... this is a recent one at Twenty One Pilots!)

4. I am a Beachbody Coach as well as a Reading Specialist and TPT teacher-author. I love exercising. It's my stress reliever. I usually do programs like 21 Day Fix and right now I'm doing 22 Minute Hard Corps... but I do not run. I am not a runner and will never be a runner!

5. I'm relatively new to the Teachers Pay Teachers world as a seller (November 2015), but I've been using it as a buyer FOREVER. I finally decided to jump on board, and I am so glad that I did! I am obsessed with creating new products to use in my classroom that I can put online for other teachers to use in theirs as well. I know that if it helps me, it is definitely going to help someone else. I create mostly Kindergarten-6th grade reading and math materials. Go ahead, snoop around. (<--- If you know what movie that is a quote from, I love you even more!)
